Current care directions
Where are the dated feeding, routine and any veterinarian-written directions? What is due during this cover period?
Supplies and records
Where are food, leads, bowls, cleaning supplies, transport equipment and original care records?
Help and permissions
Where are the verified practice and out-of-hours contacts, backup person and clinic-confirmed authorization arrangements?
Rehearsal and changes
What did the caregiver try? What was unclear? Who will resolve it and update the working instructions?
