pupID support

• Use the email address attached to your pupID account when possible.
• Describe what you expected, what happened, and the page or feature involved.
• Include the short pupID code when it is relevant, but never send your password or full payment-card number.

pupID support is for the product and its records. It is not veterinary or emergency care. Contact your veterinarian or an emergency clinic about an animal-health concern.

Get started with pupID

• Start in Litters. Explore the example or create your own litter, then add your puppies.
• Open Care. See today’s scheduled care and your recorded history together. Use Ahead to browse future care, or filter by litter, puppy and care type. Record completed care or add a schedule from the same page.
• Organize documents and photos. Add files, preview them, and link them to the right litter or puppy. Files stay private until you deliberately share them through a supported sharing flow.
• Upload from your computer or phone. On desktop, choose a file or use the QR code to send a camera capture, photo, or file from your phone.
• Prepare a family handoff. Select the puppy, review the record and packet, then choose what to send.

Private litter planning is free. One activation credit creates one full pupID, and ordinary core record use is included afterward.

pupID for iPhone

The free iPhone app is being prepared for the App Store. You can use pupID in your phone’s browser today, with the same account and records you use on desktop.
