Why breeders switch to pupID
Whole-litter batch logging
Log a dewormer or vaccine across the entire litter in one tap — no copying the same line into six booklets.
Care schedules that remind you
Preloaded vaccine and dewormer series flag what's due this week, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Scan paper records with AI
Point your camera at an existing booklet and pupID turns it into digital entries automatically.
Buyers get a passport they can never lose
Every family gets a digital passport — photo, parents, and full health history — one scan away, forever.
Frequently asked questions
Is this vaccine record booklet really free?
Yes — completely free. You can generate, download, and print as many booklets as you like, with no account and no credit card. It is the same booklet thousands of breeders already use; we offer the printable version free because it is how many families first meet pupID.
What's inside the printable booklet?
Each booklet has clearly labeled sections for the puppy’s canine information, vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick treatments, weight tracking, microchip details, medical history, and notes. You can personalize it with your kennel, breeder name, breed, and whelp date, or print it blank to fill in by hand.
What is the pupID QR code printed inside?
Every booklet includes a unique pupID code and matching QR code. On paper it is a serial number for that one puppy. Use that same code when the breeder activates the puppy’s full pupID, and it becomes the enduring digital health passport the family can keep using.
How do I print and fold it?
Pick the Z-fold layout to fold it like the physical Good Harbor Pet booklet, or the vertical 8.5×11 layout for a binder. Print on any standard home or office printer. The Z-fold folds down into a pocket-sized booklet; the vertical version lies flat and hole-punches cleanly for a three-ring binder.
Can I make booklets for my whole litter?
Yes. Generate one booklet per puppy — each gets its own unique pupID and QR code, and there is no limit. After the full records are activated in pupID, you can batch-log vaccines, dewormings, and weights across the entire litter at once.
Which puppy vaccines does the booklet track?
The booklet gives you ruled lines to record whatever your veterinarian administers — commonly the DHPP/DAPP series, plus deworming, flea and tick, and other treatments. It does not prescribe a schedule: always follow the vaccination plan your veterinarian recommends for your puppies.
How is this different from the physical Good Harbor Pet booklet?
It uses the same layout and the same sections. The physical booklet ships printed on durable stock with a QR sticker and is sold alongside Good Harbor Pet supplies. This PDF is the free, print-it-yourself version — perfect when you need a booklet right now or want to personalize each one.
