Add photos and a profile picture
Keep favorite photos together and choose how each puppy appears.

Why it’s helpfulPhotos make puppies easier to recognize as they grow. A private gallery keeps their pictures together, and a chosen profile photo helps families recognize the right puppy.
Step 1
Open the puppy’s gallery
Open Records, choose the puppy, and open Gallery. Select Add photos to the gallery.
Look for Records → Gallery → Add photos to the gallery
Step 2
Choose and save a photo
Use Choose from library (Choose from device photos in the iPhone app) to pick an image. On a phone, Take photo opens the camera; on a computer, choose an existing image or use the phone handoff when shown. Review the image. Keep Whole photo selected to show the full picture, or adjust the position and zoom for a closer view. Then select Save private photo.

A useful tipChoose a clear photo with the puppy’s face easy to see and room around the ears. Wait for the saved photo to appear in the gallery before leaving the record.
Step 3
Make the private record recognizable
To put a favorite photo at the top of your breeder record, select Use as record cover below that gallery image.

A useful tipGallery and record-cover photos stay private. Choosing a cover does not publish the image.
Step 4
Choose a public profile photo
When you want a photo to appear on the public passport, select Choose as public profile. Center the puppy’s face in the circular preview and check that the crop looks right. Then choose Save public profile photo.
