Why it’s helpfulOne pupID link brings the puppy’s public identity, recorded growth, and shared care together. Families can open that page without access to your private breeder workspace.
Step 1
Open the puppy’s record
Open Records and choose the puppy. Check their name, collar, and pupID so you are sharing the correct record.
Look for Records → Puppy name and pupID
Step 2
Open the sharing sheet
Select Public or the puppy’s pupID QR tile. The sharing sheet shows the puppy’s QR code and their public link options.

Step 3
Preview the public page
Choose Copy link and open the copied link in your browser to see the page families will receive. Review the public information and return to the puppy’s record if anything needs changing.
Look for Copy link → Open the link in your browser
A useful tipPrivate gallery uploads are not automatically published. Choose public details lets you publish selected milestones and optional parent profiles.
Step 4
Share the link or QR code
Choose Share puppy passport to use your device’s sharing options, or Copy link to paste it into your own message. Someone beside you can scan the QR code instead.

A useful tipThe pupID opens the public puppy page. It does not give anyone editing access or access to your private breeder record. To prepare documents and a family email, use Families → Prepare go-home; that packet is a separate handoff.
