Record care for the right puppies
Enter completed care once for one puppy or several.
Good Harbor Pet · Instructions reviewed October 10, 2026. Screens use fictional examples and may show earlier app labels. Steps can differ by device.
Why it’s helpfulA clear care history makes it easier to see what happened and when. Shared entries save time while keeping a separate record for each puppy you select.
Step 1
Choose the puppies
On the web, open Records and choose Record care. Check the puppies that received the care, then choose Record care in the selection bar. In the iPhone app, open ID.+ → Manual add, choose the puppies, then Care. Both open the shared record form.
Look for Records → Record care
A useful tipFrom a litter workspace, Add care record also opens the shared entry sheet.
Step 2
Choose the record type
Choose the type that matches what happened, such as Vaccine, Deworming, Exam, or Note. Double-check the selected puppy names before continuing.
Look for Vaccine · Deworming · Exam · Note
Step 3
Enter the completed care
Enter the Date and fill in the details the form asks for, such as Brand or product. Use the information from the actual care record.
Look for Date → Brand or product
A useful tipIf one puppy received different care, leave that puppy out of this entry and make a separate record for them.
Step 4
Choose visibility and save
Check Public page and choose whether to show the care fact or keep the record private. Select Save record for one puppy or Add for the selected number of puppies.
Look for Public page → Save record or Add for puppies
A useful tipLabels and photos follow the care record’s visibility unless marked Private. For weights, choose Weight through + so every selected puppy gets their own measured value.
