Why it’s helpfulUse the same form from +, a litter weight link or a scanned puppy collar. Each puppy keeps their own measured history.
Step 1
Choose the puppies
On the web, open + and choose Record care, select the litter and puppies, then Weight. In the iPhone app, open ID.+ → Manual add, select the puppies, then Weights. A weight shortcut starts this same form with its puppy or litter already selected. You can change the selection.
Look for + or ID.+ → Manual add or Record care → Weight
Step 2
Enter each measured weight
Match the puppy shown, enter their weight and check the unit. Next puppy moves to the next selected puppy. Previous puppy lets you review an earlier value.
Look for Weight → Unit → Next puppy
A useful tipSelect only the puppies you are weighing. Each puppy needs their own value.
Step 3
Save and review growth
Check the date and selected puppies, then save. Return to Growth to review the litter or an individual puppy. Existing weights can still be corrected from their history.
Look for Save → Growth
